  • Affirmations should be:

    • 1. Phrased positively.

    • 2. Concrete, pertaining to specific reactions, feelings, beliefs or thoughts or specific people or persons.

    • 3. Repeated many times.

    • 4. Preferably spoken out loud in connection with visualization.

    • 5. Have a specific emotion.
